حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْفَارِسِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ ، ثنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عَطَاءٌ : " مُدَّيْنِ مِنْ قَمْحٍ ، أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ شَعِيرٍ ، الْحُرُّ وَالْعَبْدُ فِيهِ سَوَاءٌ " .
Ata reports: There will be two mudd of wheat and one sa’ of dates or barley; in this matter, the ruling for a free person and a slave will be the same.
