حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ ، ثنا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَامِرِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَيْرُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ ، ثنا الأَبْيَضُ بْنُ الأَغَرِّ ، حَدَّثَنِي الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِصَدَقَةِ الْفِطْرِ عَنِ الصَّغِيرِ وَالْكَبِيرِ ، وَالْحُرِّ وَالْعَبْدِ مِمَّنْ تَمُونُونَ " . رَفَعَهُ الْقَاسِمُ وَلَيْسَ بِقَوِيٍّ ، وَالصَّوَابُ مَوْقُوفٌ.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered the giving of Sadaqat al-Fitr on behalf of every young and old, free and slave, who are under your care. The narrator named Qasim has transmitted this as a marfu’ (attributed to the Prophet) hadith; this narrator is not strong, and the correct view is that this narration is mawquf (attributed to the Companion).
