حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْبَخْتَرِيِّ ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْخَلِيلِ ، ثنا الْوَاقِدِيُّ ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ عَتَّابِ بْنِ أَسِيدٍ ، قَالَ الْوَاقِدِيُّ ، وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنِ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَتَّابِ بْنِ أُسَيْدٍ ، قَالَ : " أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نُخَرِّصَ أَعْنَابَ ثَقِيفٍ كَخَرْصِ النَّخْلِ ، ثُمَّ تُؤَدَّى زَبِيبًا كَمَا تُؤَدَّى زَكَاةُ النَّخْلِ تَمْرًا " .
Sayyiduna Miswar bin Makhramah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from Sayyiduna ‘Attab bin Asid (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered that the grapevines of the Thaqif tribe should be assessed in the same way as the date palms (with their fruit), and then zakat should be taken from them in the form of grapes, just as zakat from date palms is collected in the form of dates.
