Hadith 2029

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ وَهْبٍ الْبُنْدَارُ ، ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الأَنْصَارِيُّ ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ ، ثنا صَالِحُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : " جَرَتِ السُّنَّةُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسَاقٍ زَكَاةٌ ، وَالْوَسْقُ سِتُّونَ صَاعًا ، فَذَلِكَ ثَلاثُمِائَةِ صَاعٍ مِنَ الْحِنْطَةِ وَالشَّعِيرِ ، وَالتَّمْرِ وَالزَّبِيبِ ، وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا أَنْبَتَتِ الأَرْضُ مِنَ الْخَضِرِ زَكَاةٌ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Zakat is not obligatory on (silver) less than five awqiyah, nor is zakat obligatory on camels less than five, nor is zakat obligatory on grain less than five wasq." (The narrator states) One wasq is equal to sixty sa’."
