Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever asks from people despite being well-off, when he comes on the Day of Resurrection, there will be a mark on his face (the narrator is unsure about a word here)." It was asked: "O Messenger of Allah! What is meant by being well-off?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Fifty dirhams or gold equal to its value." The narrator named Ibn Aslam is weak.
