Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A woman came to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said, "I have some jewelry and my husband is a poor man, and I also have some nephews. Is it permissible for me to spend the zakat of this jewelry on these people?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Yes!" This narration is a mistake; the correct version is: This narration is transmitted as mursal and mawquf from Ibrahim, from Abdullah.
