بَابُ زَكَاةِ الْحُلِيِّChapter on zakat of jewelry

وَعَنْ وَعَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ : قَالَ : " لَيْسَ فِي الْحُلِيِّ زَكَاةٌ " . أَبُو حَمْزَةَ هَذَا مَيْمُونٌ ضَعِيفُ الْحَدِيثِ.
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports: "There is no zakat on jewelry." The narrator of this narration is Abu Hamzah, whose name is Maymun, and he is weak in hadith.
