قُرِئَ عَلَى عَلِيِّ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ الْمَادَرَانِيُّ بِالْبَصْرَةِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ ، حَدَّثَكُمُ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبَانَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ، قَالَ : " إِنَّمَا سَنَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الزَّكَاةَ فِي هَذِهِ الأَرْبَعَةِ : الْحِنْطَةِ ، وَالشَّعِيرِ ، وَالزَّبِيبِ ، وَالتَّمْرِ " .
Musa bin Talhah narrates regarding Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him: He stated: The Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, has prescribed the payment of zakat in these four things: wheat, barley, raisins, and dates.
