حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَغْرَاءَ ، ثنا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لَيْسَ فِي تِسْعِينَ وَمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ زَكَاةٌ ، إِلا أَنْ يَشَاءَ صَاحِبُهَا ، وَإِذَا تَمَّتْ مِائَتَيْ دِرْهَمٍ فَفِيهَا خَمْسَةُ دَرَاهِمَ ، فَإِذَا زَادَتْ فَعَلَى نَحْوِ ذَلِكَ " .
Sayyiduna Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "No payment is obligatory on one hundred and ninety dirhams, except if its owner wishes (he may make a payment). When they become a full two hundred, then payment of five dirhams will be obligatory from them. When they exceed this, then payment will be obligatory according to the same calculation."
