حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ الْحَلَبِيُّ ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْوَرَّاقُ ، ثنا أَبُو التَّقِيِّ هِشَامُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ ، ثنا بَقِيَّةُ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا زَكَاةَ فِي مَالِ امْرِئٍ حَتَّى يَحُولَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَوْلُ " . رَوَاهُ مُعْتَمِرٌ ، وَغَيْرُهُ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ مَوْقُوفًا.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Zakat does not become obligatory on a person's wealth until a year has passed over it." Other narrators have transmitted it as a mawquf narration.
