حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ مِرْدَاسٍ ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ، ثنا مُعْتَمِرٌ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الطَّائِفِيَّ بِإِسْنَادِهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " التَّكْبِيرُ سَبْعٌ فِي الأُولَى ، وَخَمْسٌ فِي الآخِرَةِ ، وَالْقِرَاءَةُ بَعْدَهُمَا كِلْتَيْهِمَا " .
With another chain of narration, it is reported about the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him): there will be seven takbirs in the first rak'ah and five takbirs in the second rak'ah, and in both rak'ahs, the recitation will be after these takbirs.
