بَابُ صِفَةِ الْقُنُوتِ وَبَيَانِ مَوْضِعِهِChapter on the description of Qunoot and clarifying its place

حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبَزَّازُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ، ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الرَّسْعَنِيُّ ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّلْتِ ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ شِمْرٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، وَعَمَّارٍ ، " أَنَّهُمَا صَلَّيَا خَلْفَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَنَتَ فِي صَلاةِ الْغَدَاةِ " .
Abu Tufail narrates about Sayyiduna Ali and Sayyiduna Ammar (may Allah be pleased with them): Both of them performed prayer behind the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), and in the morning prayer, the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) recited the supplication of Qunoot.
