وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، ثنا ابْنُ زَنْجُوَيْهِ ، ثنا أَبُو عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ ، وَمُعَاذُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ ، قَالَ : نا هشَامٌ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : لأُقَرِّبَنَّ لَكُمْ صَلاةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : فَكَانَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ يَقْنُتُ فِي الرَّكْعَةِ الأَخِيرَةِ مِنْ صَلاةِ الظُّهْرِ ، وَصَلاةِ الْعِشَاءِ الآخِرَةِ ، وَصَلاةِ الصُّبْحِ ، بَعْدَمَا يَقُولُ : سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ ، وَيَدْعُو لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَيَلْعَنُ الْكُفَّارَ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I perform the prayer in accordance with the way of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) better than all of you. The narrator states: Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) used to recite the Qunoot supplication after saying "Sami' Allahu liman hamidah" in the last rak'ah of the Zuhr and 'Isha prayers, and he would supplicate for the believers and invoke curses upon the disbelievers.
