قُرِئَ عَلَى أَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ يَحْيَى بْنِ صَاعِدٍ ، وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ : حَدَّثَكُمْ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زُنْبُورٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَكَعَ فِي الصَّلاةِ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ ، فَقَالَ : " اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِ عَيَّاشَ بْنَ أَبِي رَبِيعَةَ ، اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِ سَلَمَةَ بْنَ هِشَامٍ ، اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِ الْوَلِيدَ بْنَ الْوَلِيدِ ، اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِ الْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ، اللَّهُمَّ اشْدُدْ وَطْأَتَكَ عَلَى مُضَرَ ، اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهَا عَلَيْهِمْ سِنِينَ كَسِنِينَ يُوسُفَ " ، ثُمَّ خَرَّ سَاجِدًا .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) went into bowing during prayer, then he raised his head and made this supplication: "O Allah! Grant salvation to ‘Ayyash bin Rabi‘ah! O Allah! Grant salvation to Salamah bin Hisham! O Allah! Grant salvation to Walid bin Walid! O Allah! Grant salvation to the weak Muslims! O Allah! Send Your severity upon Mudar (the tribe)! O Allah! Impose upon them a famine like that during the time of Sayyiduna Yusuf (peace be upon him)!" Then the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) went into prostration.
