حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ طَاهِرٍ الْبَلْخِيُّ ، ثنا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ ، ثنا شَدَّادُ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ ، نا نُوحُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ أَدْرَكَ الإِمَامَ جَالِسًا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسَلِّمَ فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَ الصَّلاةَ " . لَمْ يَرْوِهِ هَكَذَا غَيْرُ نُوحِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفُ الْحَدِيثِ مَتْرُوكٌ.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever finds the Imam in the sitting position, and the Imam has not yet said the salam, then he has caught that prayer." This narration has not been reported by anyone except Nuh bin Abu Maryam, and this narration is weak and abandoned in hadith.
