The same narration is transmitted from Tawoos with another chain of transmission and is reported as his statement; he did not narrate this as a "marfoo'" hadith. A narrator named Ali states: I asked Sufyan, "Did the narrator named Zam'ah report this narration as a 'marfoo'' hadith?" He replied, "Yes!" Then I asked Salamah about this matter, but he was not aware of it, meaning that this narration is transmitted as a "marfoo'" hadith.
