بَابُ الْحَثِّ لِجَارِ الْمَسْجِدِ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ فِيهِ إِلَّا مِنْ عُذْرٍChapter on encouraging the neighbor of the mosque to pray in it unless there is an excuse
Hadith 1556

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مُبَشِّرٍ ، وَآخَرُونَ ، قَالُوا : نا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ ، ثنا قُرَادٌ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، بِإِسْنَادِهِ نَحْوَهُ . قَالَ الشَّيْخُ : رَفَعَهُ هُشَيْمٌ ، وَقُرَادٌ شَيْخٌ مِنَ الْبَصْرِيِّينَ مَجْهُولٌ.
The same narration is transmitted with another chain, while some narrators have reported it as a marfu‘ (attributed to the Prophet) hadith.
