Hadith 1529

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الْوَرَّاقُ ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، ثنا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ بَكَّارِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ، قَالَ : " كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَتَاهُ الشَّيْءُ يَسُرُّهُ ، خَرَّ سَاجِدًا شُكْرًا لِلَّهِ تَعَالَى " .
Sayyiduna Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Whenever the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) received any good news, he would go into prostration to Allah Almighty in gratitude.
