بَابُ اسْتِعْمَالِ الرَّجُلِ فَضْلَ وُضُوءِ الْمَرْأَةِChapter on a man using the leftover ablution water of a woman
Hadith 139

نا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْمَحَامِلِيُّ ، نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، نا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ ، نا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، قَالَ : مَبْلَغُ عِلْمِي وَالَّذِي يَسْكُنُ عَلَى بَالِي أَنَّ أَبَا الشَّعْثَاءِ أَخْبَرَنَا ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ أَخْبَرَهُ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يَغْتَسِلُ بِفَضْلِ مَيْمُونَةَ " . إِسْنَادٌ صَحِيحٌ.
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to perform ghusl (ritual bath) with the leftover water of Lady Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her) (from her ghusl or wudu). Its chain of narration is “sahih” (authentic).
