بَابُ صِفَةِ السَّهْوِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ وَأَحْكَامِهِ وَاخْتِلَافِ الرِّوَايَاتِ فِي ذَلِكَ وَأَنَّهُ لَا يَقْطَعُ الصَّلَاةَ شَيْءٌ يَمُرُّ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِChapter on the description of forgetfulness in prayer, its rulings, differences in narrations, and that nothing passing in front of one praying invalidates the prayer

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَهْلِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، ثنا أَيُّوبُ ، بِإِسْنَادِهِ نَحْوَهُ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَكُلُّ مَنْ رَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ ، لَمْ يَقُلْ " فَأَوْمَئُوا " ، إِلا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ.
This same narration is transmitted with some other chains as well; however, the words "so the people gestured" are not present in them. These words have only been narrated by the narrator named Hammad bin Zaid.
