Hadith 1345

حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَحْيَى الطَّلْحِيُّ ، بِالْكُوفَةِ ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى الْكِنْدِيُّ أَبُو عُمَرَ ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ، ثنا زُهَيْرٌ ، ثنا جَابِرٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ أَبُو مَسْعُودٍ : " مَا صَلَّيْتُ صَلاةً لا أُصَلِّي فِيهَا عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ إِلا ظَنَنْتُ أَنَّ صَلاتِي لَمْ تَتِمَّ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I think that any prayer in which I do not send blessings upon Muhammad (peace be upon him), my assumption is that my prayer is not complete.
