Hadith 1344

حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الدَّقَّاقُ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سَلامٍ ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، ثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الأَنْصَارِيِّ ، قَالَ : " لَوْ صَلَّيْتُ صَلاةً لا أُصَلِّي فِيهَا عَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ مَا رَأَيْتُ أَنَّ صَلاتِي تَتِمُّ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Mas'ud Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: If I do not send blessings upon the family of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) while performing prayer, then I consider that my prayer is not complete.
