Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to those present who were reciting aloud behind him (in prayer): "You have made it difficult for me to recite." (Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates:) Previously, we used to reply to greetings during prayer, then we were informed: "Prayer is an occupation (therefore, no conversation or speech should take place during prayer)."
