Alqamah and Aswad narrate: When Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) would say the takbeer, he would then recite: "Glory be to You, O Allah! All praise is for You, blessed is Your Name, exalted is Your Majesty, and there is no deity except You." (Sayyiduna Umar [may Allah be pleased with him] would recite these words in such a voice that the person standing near him could hear.)
