بَابُ دُعَاءِ الِاسْتِفْتَاحِ بَعْدَ التَّكْبِيرِChapter on the opening supplication after the takbir

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ مِرْدَاسٍ ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، ثنا طَلْقُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ، ثنا عَبْدُ السَّلامِ بْنُ حَرْبٍ الْمُلائِيُّ ، عَنْ بُدَيْلِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْجَوْزَاءِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا اسْتَفْتَحَ الصَّلاةَ ، قَالَ : " سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ وَتَبَارَكَ اسْمُكَ وَتَعَالَى جَدُّكَ وَلا إِلَهَ غَيْرُكَ " . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ : لَمْ يَرْوِهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ السَّلامِ غَيْرُ طَلْقِ بْنِ غَنَّامٍ ، وَلَيْسَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ بِالْقَوِيِّ.
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: At the beginning of the prayer, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to recite: "Glory be to You, O Allah! Praise is for You, blessed is Your Name, exalted is Your Majesty, and there is no deity except You." And Imam Abu Dawood has narrated this, and among the narrators, only Taliq bin Ghanam has transmitted this narration from Abdul Salam, and this hadith is not authentic.
