Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A man came and asked the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) about the timings of the prayers. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) led the prayer at these two times—one day at this time and one day at that time—and said: "Where is the person who asked about the prayer? The (prescribed) time for the prayers is between these two times."
