Hadith 3332
أَخْبَرَنَا أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: "أَنَّ الزُّبَيْرَ جَعَلَ دُورَهُ صَدَقَةً عَلَى بَنِيهِ، لَا تُبَاعُ وَلَا تُوَرَّثُ، وَأَنَّ لِلْمَرْدُودَةِ مِنْ بَنَاتِهِ أَنْ تَسْكُنَ غَيْرَ مُضِرَّةٍ وَلَا مُضَارٍّ بِهَا، فَإِنْ هِيَ اسْتَغْنَتْ بِزَوْجٍ، فَلَا حَقَّ لَهَا".
Hisham narrated from his father (Urwah bin Az-Zubair) that Sayyiduna Zubair bin Al-Awwam (may Allah be pleased with him) dedicated his houses as endowment for his sons and stipulated that they should neither be sold nor divided as inheritance, and he said to one of his divorced daughters that she may reside in it and should not cause any harm to the house, nor should anyone else cause harm to it, and a daughter who has a husband does not have the right to reside in that house.
