باب في الرَّجُلِ يُوصِي بِغَلَّةِ عَبْدِهِ:
Chapter on a man bequeathing the income of his slave
Hadith 3287
حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ، أنبأنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي السَّفَرِ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ: "فِي رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى فِي غَلَّةِ عَبْدِهِ بِدِرْهَمٍ، وَغَلَّتُهُ سِتَّةٌ، قَالَ: لَهُ سُدُسُهُ".
Shu'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If a man makes a bequest of one dirham from the wages (or earnings) of his slave, and his wages are six (dirhams), then he will be given one-sixth.
