Hadith 3208
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is not permissible for any Muslim who has something to bequeath to spend two nights without having his will written with him."
Hadith 3209
حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا
عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا
أَبُو الْأَشْهَبِ، حَدَّثَنَا
الْحَسَنُ، قَالَ:
"الْمُؤْمِنُ لَا يَأْكُلُ فِي كُلِّ بَطْنِهِ، وَلَا تَزَالُ وَصِيَّتُهُ تَحْتَ جَنْبِهِ".
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: A believer does not eat to his fill, and his will is always kept at his side.
