Hadith 3110
Hakam said: If a man intentionally kills his brother, then he will not be able to take anything from his inheritance nor will he be given anything from his blood money (diyah). And if the brother's death occurred due to accidental killing, then he will receive a share from the inheritance, but he will not receive anything from the blood money. They said: Ata also used to say the same.
Hadith 3111
It is narrated from Khallas that Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: A man threw a stone at his mother, as a result of which she died. The one who struck her then demanded his share from the inheritance from his brothers, but they said: "You have no right in the inheritance." They went to Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), so he made the one who struck her liable for blood money and excluded him from the inheritance.
Hadith 3112
It is narrated from Hakam that if a man kills his wife by mistake, he will be deprived of inheritance from her blood money, etc.
Hadith 3113
It is narrated from Mujahid that Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The killer will not inherit anything from the murdered person.
Hadith 3114
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ: "فِي رَجُلٍ قَذَفَ امْرَأَتَهُ، وَجَاءَ بِشُهُودٍ فَرُجِمَتْ ؟ قَالَ: يَرِثُهَا".
Mu'ammar narrated from Qatadah that a man accused his wife and also brought witnesses, as a result of which the woman was stoned. Qatadah said: He (the husband) will be her heir.
Hadith 3115
Abu Awanah narrated from Hammad that a man was given the punishment of lashes. Nu'man said: Perhaps as a result of which he died. Hammad said: They will inherit from each other.
Hadith 3116
It is narrated from Aamir (Sha'bi) رحمه الله that Sayyiduna Ali رضي الله عنه said: The killer will neither inherit nor act as a barrier (i.e., he will not deprive any heir).
Hadith 3117
It is narrated from Abu Amr Abdi that Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The killer will not be given inheritance.
Hadith 3118
It is narrated from Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) that Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Neither the killer by mistake nor the intentional killer will be the heir.
Hadith 3119
It is narrated from Tawus (may Allah have mercy on him) that Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The killer will not be an heir.
