Hadith 3065
It is narrated from Yunus that Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated: If a person helps someone, he is among the Muslims, that is, the Muslims will be his heirs. Sufyan said: We also say the same.
Hadith 3066
Sayyiduna Tamim ad-Dari (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): O Messenger of Allah! If a person from among the disbelievers accepts Islam at the hands of a Muslim, what is the ruling regarding him? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “The one who brought him to Islam is closer to him, in both his life and his death.”
Hadith 3067
حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ السَّوَادِ، أَسْلَمَ عَلَى يَدَيْ رَجُلٍ، قَالَ: "يَعْقِلُ عَنْهُ، وَيَرِثُهُ".
It is narrated from Mansur that Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked about mixed people (Ahl al-Sadad) (where Muslims and non-Muslims are mixed), when one of them accepts Islam at the hands of a Muslim? He said: Blood money will be given on his behalf and the one who brought him to Islam will be his heir.
