باب إِنَّ الْوَاحِدَ في السَّفَرِ شَيْطَانٌ:
Chapter: One alone on a journey is a devil
Hadith 2714
أَخْبَرَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ هُوَ: ابْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعُمَرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "لَوْ يَعْلَمُ النَّاسُ مَا فِي الْوَحْدَةِ، لَمْ يَسْرِ رَاكِبٌ بِلَيْلٍ وَحْدَهُ أَبَدًا".
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If people knew what harm there is in solitude, no rider would ever travel alone at night."
