باب فِيمَنْ بَاعَ عَبْداً وَلَهُ مَالٌ:
Chapter: Selling a Slave Who Owns Property
Hadith 2597
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "مَنِ اشْتَرَى عَبْدًا وَلَمْ يَشْتَرِطْ مَالَهُ، فَلَا شَيْءَ لَهُ".
Salim narrated from his father, Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever buys a slave and does not stipulate a condition regarding his property, then the buyer has no right to any of the slave's property."
