باب في النَّهْيِ عَنْ سَبِّ الأَمْوَاتِ:
Chapter: Prohibition of Cursing the Dead
Hadith 2547
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، قَالَ: قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "لَا تَسُبُّوا الْأَمْوَاتَ، فَإِنَّهُمْ قَدْ أَفْضَوْا إِلَى مَا قَدَّمُوا".
Umm al-Mu’minin Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Do not speak ill of the dead, for they have received the recompense of what they did.”
