Hadith 2486
أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرٍو الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْأَنْصَارِيّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: "الْمُسْتَشَارُ مُؤْتَمَنٌ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Mas'ud Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The one who is consulted must be trustworthy."
