باب لاَ تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ هَذِهِ الأُمَّةِ يُقَاتِلُونَ عَلَى الْحَقِّ:
Chapter: A Group Will Always Fight for the Truth
Hadith 2469
أَخْبَرَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "لَا يَزَالُ قَوْمٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي ظَاهِرِينَ عَلَى النَّاسِ، حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ وَهُمْ ظَاهِرُونَ".
Sayyiduna Mughirah bin Shu’bah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “A group from my Ummah will always remain dominant over the people until Allah’s command comes (i.e., death or the Day of Judgment), and at that time, they will still be dominant.”
Hadith 2470
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "لا يَزَالُ نَاسٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي ظَاهِرِينَ عَلَى الْحَقِّ".
Amir al-Mu'minin Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Some people of my Ummah will always remain steadfast upon the truth."
