باب في دِيَةِ الأَسْنَانِ:
Chapter: Blood Money for Teeth
Hadith 2411
أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدَةُ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مَطَرٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ: "قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْأَسْنَانِ خَمْسًا خَمْسًا مِنَ الْإِبِلِ".
Amr bin Shu'aib narrated from his father, then from his grandfather: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) ruled that for each tooth, the compensation is five camels.
Hadith 2412
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ: أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَتَبَ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ: "وَفِي السِّنِّ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ".
Abu Bakr bin Muhammad Amr bin Hazm narrated from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) wrote for the people of Yemen: "And for a tooth, there are five camels."
