Chapter: Conditions in Marriage
Hadith 2240
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ مَرْثَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ: "إِنَّ أَحَقَّ الشُّرُوطِ أَنْ تُوفُوا بِهَا مَا اسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ بِهِ مِنَ الْفُرُوجِ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The conditions by which you have made the private parts of women lawful for yourselves are the most deserving to be fulfilled."
