Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The marriage of a previously married woman should not be contracted without her consultation, and the marriage of a virgin girl should not be contracted without her permission, and her silence is her permission."
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “«ايم» A previously married woman has more right regarding herself (in matters of remarriage) than her guardian, and a virgin girl will be consulted regarding herself (marriage), and her silence is her permission.”

Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “The permission of a virgin girl must be sought, and her permission is her silence.”
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A previously married woman has more right over her matter than her guardian, and a virgin girl will be asked about her marriage, and her silence is her consent."
