باب كَرَاهِيَةِ أَنْ يَعْبُرَ الرُّؤْيَا إِلاَّ عَلَى عَالِمٍ أَوْ نَاصِحٍ:
Chapter: Disliking Dream Interpretation Except by a Scholar or Advisor
Hadith 2184
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: "لَا تَقُصُّوا الرُّؤْيَا إِلَّا عَلَى عَالِمٍ، أَوْ نَاصِحٍ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not relate a dream except to a scholar or a well-wisher."
