باب النَّهْيِ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْخَمْرِ وَشِرَائِهَا:
Chapter: Prohibition of Selling and Buying Alcohol
Hadith 2139
أَخْبَرَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا طُعْمَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ بَيَانٍ التَّغْلِبِيُّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: "مَنْ بَاعَ الْخَمْرَ، فَلْيُشَقِّصْ الْخَنَازِيرَ" . قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد: إِنَّمَا هُوَ عُمَرُ بْنُ بَيَانٍ.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mughirah bin Shu’bah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Whoever sells wine should also clean the flesh of swine.” Imam Darimi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: ‘Amr bin Bayan al-Taghlibi: He is ‘Amr bin Bayan.
Hadith 2140
حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاق، عَنْ الْقَعْقَاعِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ وَعْلَةَ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْخَمْرِ، فَقَالَ: كَانَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَدِيقٌ مِنْ ثَقِيفٍ أَوْ مِنْ دَوْسٍ، فَلَقِيَهُ بِمَكَّةَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ بِرَاوِيَةٍ مِنْ خَمْرٍ يُهْدِيهَا لَهُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "يَا فُلَانُ، أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى قَدْ حَرَّمَهَا ؟"قَالَ: فَأَقْبَلَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى غُلَامِهِ، فَقَالَ: اذْهَبْ فَبِعْهَا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "بِمَاذَا أَمَرْتَهُ يَا فُلَانُ ؟"قَالَ: أَمَرْتُهُ بِبَيْعِهَا . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "إِنَّ الَّذِي حَرَّمَ شُرْبَهَا، حَرَّمَ بَيْعَهَا" . فَأَمَرَ بِهَا فَأُكْفِئَتْ فِي الْبَطْحَاءِ.
Abdur Rahman bin Wa'lah said: I asked Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) about the buying and selling of wine, so he said: A man from the tribe of Thaqif or Daws was a friend of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). He met you (peace and blessings be upon him) in Makkah in the year of the conquest of Makkah and presented a wineskin as a gift. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O brother! Do you not know that Allah Almighty has made this unlawful?" The narrator said: That man turned to his servant and said to him: Take it and sell it. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "What did you order him to do?" He replied: I told the servant to sell this wine. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The One who made drinking wine unlawful has also made selling it unlawful." So that man ordered, and the wine was poured out onto the ground.
Hadith 2141
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو يَعْنِي: ابْنَ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: بَلَغَ عُمَرَ أَنَّ سَمُرَةَ بَاعَ خَمْرًا، فَقَالَ: قَاتَلَ اللَّهُ سَمُرَةَ، أَمَا عَلِمَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: "لَعَنَ اللَّهُ الْيَهُودَ، حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ الشُّحُومُ فَجَمَلُوهَا، فَبَاعُوهَا" . قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: جَمَلُوهَا: أَذَابُوهَا.
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said that Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) received news that Sayyiduna Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) had sold wine, so he said: May Allah destroy Samurah! Does he not know that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “May Allah curse the Jews; fat was made unlawful for them, but they melted it and sold it.” Sufyan said: The meaning of «جملوها» is «اذابوها» .
