باب في قَتْلِ الْكِلاَبِ:
Chapter: Killing Dogs
Hadith 2046
أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: "أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِقَتْلِ الْكِلَابِ".
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered the killing of dogs.
Hadith 2047
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "لَوْلَا أَنَّ الْكِلَابَ أُمَّةٌ مِنْ الْأُمَمِ، لَأَمَرْتُ بِقَتْلِهَا كُلِّهَا، وَلَكِنْ اقْتُلُوا مِنْهَا كُلَّ أَسْوَدَ بَهِيمٍ" . قَالَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ: الْبَهِيمُ: الْأَسْوَدُ كُلُّهُ.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mughaffal (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If dogs were not a community among the communities, I would have ordered that all dogs be killed, but now you should only kill the completely black dog." Sa'id bin 'Amir said: «بهيم» That is the dog which is completely black.
