Hadith 2010
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that a woman (slave girl) used to graze the goats of Al-Ka'b bin Malik on the Sila' mountain. One day, she feared that one of the goats was about to die, so she took a stone (which was sharp) and slaughtered the dying goat with it. When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was informed about the woman slaughtering with a stone, he (peace and blessings be upon him) instructed them to eat it: (meaning it was lawful and its meat was also lawful).
