باب لاَ يُعْطَى الْجَازِرُ مِنَ الْبُدْنِ شَيْئاً:
Chapter: The Butcher Receives Nothing from the Sacrifice
Hadith 1979
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، وَعَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ الْجَزَرِيُّ، أَنَّ مُجَاهِدًا أَخْبَرَهُمَا، أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي لَيْلَى أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ عَلِيًّا أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ "أَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَقُومَ عَلَى بُدْنِهِ، وَأَنْ يَقْسِمَ بُدْنَهُ كُلَّهَا: لُحُومَهَا وَجُلُودَهَا وَجِلَالَهَا، وَلَا يُعْطِيَ فِي جِزَارَتِهَا مِنْهَا شَيْئًا".
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded him to perform the sacrifice (or to supervise at the time of slaughter) and that I should distribute everything of the sacrificial camel—its meat, its skin, its saddlecloths—and that I should not give anything from it as payment for slaughtering.
