باب في جَمْرَةِ الْعَقَبَةِ أَيُّ سَاعَةٍ تُرْمَى:
Chapter: When to Stone Jamrat al-Aqabah
Hadith 1934
أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: "رَمَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْجَمْرَةَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ: الضُّحَى، وَبَعْدَ ذَلِكَ عِنْدَ زَوَالِ الشَّمْسِ".
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) stoned the Jamrah ‘Aqabah on the Day of Sacrifice at forenoon, and after that, he performed the stoning (throwing pebbles) after the decline of the sun. (That is, on the 11th, 12th, and 13th of Dhul-Hijjah, he threw the pebbles after the sun had passed its zenith.)
Hadith 1935
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْبَدَّاحِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ"أَرْخَصَ لِرِعَاءِ الْإِبِلِ أَنْ يَرْمُوا يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ، ثُمَّ يَرْمُوا الْغَدَ وَمِنْ بَعْدِ الْغَدِ لِيَوْمَيْنِ، ثُمَّ يَرْمُوا يَوْمَ النَّفْرِ" . قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد: مِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَقُولُ: عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي الْبَدَّاحِ.
Abul-Baddah bin Asim narrated from his father that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) permitted the camel herders to perform the stoning (rami) on the Day of Sacrifice (Nahr), then on the next day or the day after, to perform the stoning for two days together, then on the day they intend to return from Mina, to perform the stoning. Imam Darimi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Some narrators have said: Abdullah bin Abi Bakr from his father from Abu al-Baddah.
