باب في الذي يَقَعُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ في شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ نَهَاراً:
Chapter: One Who Has Intercourse with His Wife During Ramadan Day
Hadith 1754
حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْهَاشِمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: أَتَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلٌ، فَقَالَ: هَلَكْتُ ؟ فَقَالَ: "وَمَا أَهْلَكَكَ ؟ قَالَ: وَاقَعْتُ امْرَأَتِي فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ، قَالَ: "فَأَعْتِقْ رَقَبَةً". قَالَ: لَيْسَ عِنْدِي . قَالَ: "فَصُمْ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ". قَالَ: لَا أَسْتَطِيعُ . قَالَ: "فَأَطْعِمْ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًا". قَالَ: لَا أَجِدُ . قَالَ: فَأُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِعَرَقٍ فِيهِ تَمْرٌ، فَقَالَ: "أَيْنَ السَّائِلُ ؟ تَصَدَّقْ بِهَذَا". فَقَالَ: أَعَلَى أَفْقَرَ مِنْ أَهْلِي يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ؟ فَوَاللَّهِ مَا بَيْنَ لَابَتَيْهَا أَهْلُ بَيْتٍ أَفْقَرَ مِنَّا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "فَأَنْتُمْ إِذًا"وَضَحِكَ حَتَّى بَدَتْ أَنْيَابُهُ.
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: A man came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: I am ruined and destroyed. The Prophet (peace be upon him) asked: "What has ruined you?" He replied: I had intercourse with my wife during the month of Ramadan. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Free a slave." He said: I do not have the means for that. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Then fast for two consecutive months." He said: I am not able to do that either. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Then feed sixty needy people." He said: I do not have any food. Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Suddenly, a large sack containing dates was brought to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace be upon him) asked: "Where is the questioner?" Then the Prophet (peace be upon him) said to him: "Go and give this as charity." He said: O Messenger of Allah! Should I give it in charity to someone more needy than my own family? By Allah, there is no household between these two rocky plains more in need than mine. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) laughed so much that his teeth became visible, and he said: "If that is so, then go and take it for yourselves."
Hadith 1755
حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَفْطَرَ فِي رَمَضَانَ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ.
With this chain of narration, Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that a man broke his fast in Ramadan .... «فذكر الحديث» .
Hadith 1756
أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ , حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى يَعْنِي بْنَ سَعِيدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيَّ , أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ الْقَاسِمِ أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبَّادَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَائِشَةَ، تَقُولُ: إِنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّهُ احْتَرَقَ، فَسَأَلَهُ: مَا لَهُ ؟ فَقَالَ: أَصَابَ أَهْلَهُ فِي رَمَضَانَ . فَأُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِكْتَلٍ يُدْعَى الْعَرَقَ فِيهِ تَمْرٌ، فَقَالَ: "أَيْنَ الْمُحْتَرِقُ ؟"فَقَامَ الرَّجُلُ، فَقَالَ: "تَصَدَّقْ بِهَذَا".
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that a man said to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), "I am ruined (burned in the fire of Hell)." The Prophet (peace be upon him) asked him, "What is the matter?" He told the Prophet (peace be upon him) that he had intercourse with his wife during Ramadan. Then a pouch was brought to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), which was called 'adhq (or 'urooq), and it contained dates. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Where is the one who is burned?" The man stood up, so the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Give this as charity."
