باب في زَكَاةِ الْبَقَرِ:
Chapter: On Zakat of Cows
Hadith 1661
حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ شَقِيقٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، وَالْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَا: قَالَ مُعَاذٌ: "بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ آخُذَ مِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ بَقَرَةً، مُسِنَّةً، وَمِنْ كُلِّ ثَلَاثِينَ تَبِيعًا أَوْ تَبِيعَةً".
Sayyiduna Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with him) said: When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) sent me to Yemen, he instructed me to take as zakat a two-year-old heifer or bull from every forty cows (oxen), and a one-year-old male or female from every thirty cows.
Hadith 1662
أَخْبَرَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ يُوسُف، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ مُعَاذٍ، قَالَ: "بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ، فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ آخُذَ مِنْ الْبَقَرِ مِنْ ثَلَاثِينَ تَبِيعًا حَوْلِيًّا، وَمِنْ أَرْبَعِينَ بَقَرَةً مُسِنَّةً" .
Sayyiduna Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) sent me to Yemen and commanded me to take, from every thirty cows, a one-year-old calf as annual (zakat), and from every forty cows, a two-year-old bull or cow (as zakat).
Hadith 1663
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ، بِنَحْوِهِ.
Ahmad bin Yunus narrated from Abu Bakr bin Ayyash in the same manner.
