باب الْقِرَاءَةِ في صَلاَةِ الْجُمُعَةِ:
Chapter: Recitation in Friday prayer
Hadith 1605
أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ ضَمْرَةَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْمَازِنِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، أَنَّ الضَّحَّاكَ بْنَ قَيْسٍ سَأَلَ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ بَشِيرٍ الْأَنْصَارِيّ: "مَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْرَأُ يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ عَلَى إِثْرِ سُورَةِ الْجُمُعَةِ ؟ قَالَ: هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ".
Dahhak bin Qais asked Sayyiduna Nu'man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with them), "Which surah would the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) recite after Surah al-Jumu'ah on the day of Jumu'ah?" He replied: He would recite «هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ».
Hadith 1606
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ أَبَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُوَيْسٍ، عَنْ ضَمْرَةَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْمَازِنِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، عَنْ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ الْفِهْرِيِّ، عَنْ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، قَالَ: سَأَلْنَاهُ: "مَا كَانَ يَقْرَأُ بِهِمْ النَّبِيُّ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ مَعَ السُّورَةِ الَّتِي ذُكِرَتْ فِيهَا الْجُمُعَةُ ؟ قَالَ: كَانَ يَقْرَأُ مَعَهَا هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ".
Dahhak bin Qais Fihri said: We asked Sayyiduna Nu’man bin Bashir Ansari (may Allah be pleased with them): On Friday, besides the Surah in which Jumu’ah is mentioned, which other Surah would the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) recite? He replied: Along with it, he would recite «هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ».
Hadith 1607
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْتَشِرِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، قَالَ: "كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْرَأُ فِي الْعِيدَيْنِ وَالْجُمُعَةِ ب سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى وَهَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ، وَرُبَّمَا اجْتَمَعَا فَقَرَأَ بِهِمَا".
Sayyiduna Nu’man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with both of them) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite «سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى» and «هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ» in the prayers of the two Eids and Jumu’ah, and whenever Eid and Jumu’ah coincided, he would recite these Surahs in both prayers as well.
