Hadith 1355
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said that your Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was commanded to prostrate on seven parts, and not to gather the hair nor the clothes. Shu’bah said: And once ‘Amr bin Dinar narrated this hadith to me in this way: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “I have been commanded to prostrate on seven parts and that I should not gather the hair nor the clothes (during prostration).”
Hadith 1356
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I have been commanded to prostrate on seven parts," (Wahib said, and he pointed with his hand to his nose), "and both knees, and the toes of both feet, and it was commanded that neither the clothes nor the hair be gathered."
