باب الْمُحَافَظَةِ عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ:
Chapter: Maintaining the Prayers
Hadith 1257
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ دَرَّاجٍ أَبِي السَّمْحِ، عَنْ أَبِي الْهَيْثَمِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: "إِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ الرَّجُلَ يَعْتَادُ الْمَسْجِدَ، فَاشْهَدُوا لَهُ بِالْإِيمَانِ، فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يَقُولُ: إِنَّمَا يَعْمُرُ مَسَاجِدَ اللَّهِ مَنْ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ سورة التوبة آية 18".
Sayyiduna Abu Sa‘id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “When you see a man regularly coming to the mosque, bear witness to his faith, for Allah Almighty says: Only those maintain the mosques of Allah who believe in Allah.” [توبه: 18/9]
Hadith 1258
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي سَهْلٍ . ح قَالَ: أَنْبأَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "مَنْ صَلَّى الْعِشَاءَ فِي جَمَاعَةٍ، كَانَ كَقِيَامِ نِصْفِ لَيْلَةٍ، وَمَنْ صَلَّى الْفَجْرَ فِي جَمَاعَةٍ كَانَ كَقِيَامِ لَيْلَةٍ".
Sayyiduna Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever prays the 'Isha prayer in congregation, he will have the reward of standing (in prayer) for half the night, and whoever also prays the Fajr prayer in congregation, he will have the reward of standing (in prayer) for the entire night."
